You need a Miles & More service card to earn bonus miles.
You can earn miles in the final order step “Check order and submit” of the purchasing process. Simply enter your Miles & More service card number and confirm your entry by pressing the “EARN MILES” button.
Your miles credit and confirmation of the miles you have earned are listed on the delivery note of your order. Please note that it may take a few days to transfer the miles credit to your miles account.

Use your bonus miles to buy items conveniently in the FC Bayern online shop. You have to use at least 7,500 miles per purchase. To spend miles for payment, you will need a Miles & More service card and your accompanying personal PIN.
In the final order step “Check order and submit” the miles you need for your purchase are calculated. The conversion factor is 330 miles = 1 euro. Simply enter the amount of miles to be spent, your service card number and your PIN and click the “SPEND MILES” button to confirm.
If you want to spend fewer miles, or you do not have the required amount of miles, the remainder is settled via your preselected payment method. Additionally you can earn miles again for the original total amount.
Once the data have been successfully verified, the new gross total price is quoted.
